Return & Refund Policy

At Aurelle, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings that have been worn

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
